Help with setting up Arbor

At Woodley CofE Primary School, we use Arbor to help parents and carers manage important information and permissions more easily.

Through Arbor you can:

  • Give consent for trips and clubs

  • Give one-time permissions (e.g. cooking, local walks, first aid, photographic consent)

  • Sign up and pay for school trips and clubs

  • Update your contact details, doctor’s details, address, and medical information about your child

There are two ways to log in:

  • Arbor Parent Portal – through a web browser

  • Arbor Parent App – a free app available on iOS and Android

Step 1: Activate your account

When your child joins Woodley CofE, you will receive a welcome email from Arbor. This includes your username (the email address we have on record for you).

To activate your account:

  1. Go to login.arbor.sc

  2. Click Forgotten Password?

  3. Enter your email address (the one the Arbor email was sent to)

  4. Follow the link in your inbox to set a new password

Tip: If you have children at more than one school using Arbor, you may receive more than one password reset email. Please use the link from Woodley CofE Primary School. For ease, we recommend using the same password for all your Arbor accounts.

Step 2: Download the Arbor App

Once your password is set, download the Arbor Parent App:

Log in using your email address and new password. If you already use Arbor with another school, simply add Woodley CofE Primary School to your account.
